Lately ramai berdepan dengan apps ni, berdasarkan pemerhatian (Source dari group Facebook Gopro Malaysia)

TROUBLESHOOTING CONNECTIVITY ISSUE
Di sini ada list troubleshoot dari Gopro. Try dan test. Good luck :)

IPAD & IPHONE
First, remove semua connection yang lepas. Sekarang Capture tak perlukan "Bluetooth" lagi. Dan "Forget this device" kat list wifi connection anda.

Next, follow this instruction

  1. iOS Only: Open the Settings application on your iOS device.
  2. iOS Only: Select the information icon next to your GoPro and select "Forget this device". If by chance your GoPro is listed multiple times, make sure to delete all devices with the same name.
  3. Next, you'll need to remove the camera from the menu inside Capture. Open Capture and select "Connect Your Camera". From the main camera screen, select "Edit" to delete the device.
  4. Select the "-" to delete the camera, then select the "Delete" button to remove the camera.
  5. Now that you've deleted the device from the app and your iPhone's settings, you will need to pair your GoPro as a new device. Please follow these instructions:
  • Open the GoPro Capture App and select "Connect Your Camera".
  • Press the "Add New" button.
  • Select your camera model
  • On the front of the camera, press the mode button until you see "Setup"
  • Press the shutter button to select into the "Setup" Menu
  • Press the shutter button to select Wi-Fi
  • Press the mode button to scroll down to "Capture" then press the shutter button
  • Press the "Continue" button in the app
  • Select your camera from the list (e.g. GoPro 1411....)
  • Select "Pair My Camera"
  • Enter the PIN number that is listed on the camera's LCD Screen
  • Connect to the cameras Wi-Fi network

Kalau masih tak boleh, try reset WIFI kat GOPRO anda.

HERO5 Black

  • Turn the camera ON.
  • Swipe down on the back LCD screen
  • Tap Connectivity
  • Scroll down to Reset Connections
  • Tap Reset


HERO5 Session

  • Ensure that the camera is entirely turned off (no LED lights flashing, nothing on the camera Status Screen). 
  • Press the small MENU button to turn on the camera's Status Screen.
  • Press the small MENU button several times to cycle to the CONNECTION SETTINGS menu. Then press the shutter button to go into that setting.
  • Press the small MENU button again to cycle to the RESET CONNECTION. Then press the shutter button to go into the setting.
  • Choose YES to reset all Wifi connection settings. 


HERO4 Black & Silver

  • Turn the camera ON.
  • Press the mode button repeatedly on front of the camera until “Set Up” appears on the screen.
  • Select the red shutter button on top of the camera.
  • Press the mode button repeatedly on front of the camera until “Reset Cam” is highlighted.
  • Press the mode button to select “Reset Wi-Fi”.
  • Press the shutter button to select.
  • Press the mode button to highlight “Reset”
  • Press the shutter button to select.

HERO Session / HERO4 Session:

If the camera is unresponsive, you will need to reset the camera and re-enable Wi-Fi:
Part 1 - Reset the Camera:

  • Press and hold the shutter button for 8-10 seconds.
  • Note: Resetting the camera does not reset the Wi-Fi

Part -2 Reset the Wi-Fi:

  • Ensure that the camera is entirely turned off (no LED lights flashing, nothing on the camera Status Screen). 
  • Press and hold the INFO/WI-FI button for 8-10 seconds; you will be prompted with "Reset Wi-Fi." The button can now be released. 
  • Press the INFO/WI-FI button once to highlight YES. 
  • Press the SHUTTER button once to select YES; the camera will prompt you that the reset has occurred, then turn off. 
  • Follow the pairing instructions here, to set up a new name and password during the Capture pairing process.
